ATL Surveys Ltd was established in 1989 to provide a prompt, highly personal survey and valuation service to industrial, commercial and residential clients alike.

Personality Profile

Our Managing Director and founder, Adrian Lang FRICS IRRV, has long been associated with Professional, Valuation and Survey work, and enthusiastically supports an independent approach, free from constraints often imposed on others by banks, building societies and insurance companies whose interests often run counter to those of the private individuals to whom they provide finance. Adrian has worked in Preston, Burnley, Lancaster and Altrincham in both private practice and Government service. Our offices are located in a tranquil part of Pendle yet ideally located for ease of access to the M65 and surrounding motorway network.

Industrial and Commercial

From small beginnings, our substantial portfolio of clients has grown with each passing year (largely by word of mouth) until we now find ourselves with clients throughout England and Wales in respect of our highly efficient Rating Appeal Service which has often been copied but is rarely bettered. We currently deal with the building, haulage and motor trades, civil and military aviation, leisure, retail, manufacturing and service industries.
